Tom leads the design efforts at HALO. He is focused on third party engagements and Halo’s developments in a thoughtful, design-driven way. A licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience, Tom brings a well-rounded background that spans both large-scale institutional work and smaller, highly detailed commercial and residential projects.

Over the course of his career, Tom has led and contributed to a wide range of project types, including corporate headquarters, higher education facilities, mixed-use developments, and industrial buildings. Complementing this experience, he has also spent significant time working on smaller scale ground-up commercial projects, tenant interiors, restaurants, office spaces, and custom single-family homes and additions. This breadth of experience allows him to approach each project with both a big-picture strategic mindset and a strong command of execution at the detail level.

At HALO, Tom leads front-end design efforts, including site analysis, programming, conceptual design, and architectural visualization. He plays a central role in shaping each project and guiding it through the municipal entitlement process, ensuring that design intent aligns with regulatory requirements and development goals.

Between larger-scale development efforts, Tom continues to take on select smaller scale commercial and residential projects. This ongoing hands-on work allows him to stay deeply engaged in construction documentation and maintain a sharp, practical understanding of how buildings are assembled—an approach that reinforces HALO’s commitment to both design excellence and buildability.
